01 — About

Developed athletes,
measured.

A development-first sports performance gym in Bloomington, IL. Strength, speed, and sport skill for middle-school, high-school, and college-bound athletes.

01.1 — Mission

Your kid plays three sports.
Who's training the other two?

Every performance gym in Central Illinois trains baseball. The Lab trains athletes. If your kid plays hoops, runs lanes, sets a net, or picks up a stick in the spring — they need a program built around them, not one sport.

Every athlete here starts with a movement screen and a baseline number — 40-yard, vertical, broad jump, overhead squat. Every six weeks we re-test. You see the number. Your kid sees the number. Nobody argues about whether the work is working.

No medals for showing up. A program, a coach, a standard — and a printed report card every phase. The rest is on the athlete.

01.2 — How we build

Four pillars. No shortcuts.

Coach-to-athlete 1:6 max
Re-test cadence 6 wk
Sports programmed 5 under one roof
Contracts 0 long-term
01.3 — Who we train

Three tiers. Same standard.

Middle School

Ages 10–14. Building the movement foundation — coordination, bodyweight strength, and the habits that carry into high school athletics.

High School

9th–12th grade athletes training for varsity minutes, state qualifiers, and recruitment tape. Strength, speed, and sport-specific programming.

College-Bound / Adult

Seniors chasing scholarships, combine prep, and adult athletes who train like they mean it. Benchmarked against college standards.
