The Performance Lab collects only the information needed to respond to athlete assessment, combine, and training inquiries: parent contact details, athlete age/grade, sport, season context, and training goals.

That information is used to follow up about training fit, scheduling, combine details, and related Performance Lab services. The Performance Lab does not sell parent or athlete information. Sensitive medical decisions belong with qualified healthcare professionals and should not be submitted through the website form.
